Income Protection Benefits
Cintas offers the following benefits to give you and your family peace of mind and income protection if something unexpected happens.
Basic Life
- Provided at no cost to you.
- Benefit amount based on your benefits class. See PartnerConnect.cintas.com to review your current coverage amount.
- Paid to your beneficiary in the event of your death.
Voluntary Life (Partner, Spouse and Child)
You can purchase additional life insurance coverage so you and your family members have extra peace of mind.
- For yourself: Choose between 1 and 10 times pay up to $2,000,000. Note: You may have to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI) depending on the coverage level you elect. See your Summary Plan Description for details.
- For your spouse: Choose coverage in $10,000 increments up to $100,000.
- For your child(ren): Choose $5,000 or $10,000 of life insurance for each of your children.
Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
- Provided at no cost to you.
- Benefit amount based on your benefits class. See PartnerConnect.cintas.com to review your current coverage amount.
- Paid to your beneficiary in the event of your accidental death or loss of limbs.
Voluntary AD&D
You can purchase additional coverage so you and your family members have extra peace of mind.
- For yourself: Choose between 1 and 10 times pay up to $2,000,000.
- For your spouse: Choose coverage in $10,000 increments up to $100,000.
- For your child(ren): Choose $5,000 or $10,000 of life insurance for each of your children.
Disability
- Short-term Disability (STD): Receive a percentage of your eligible pay for up to 13 weeks if you are unable to work due to illness or injury.
- Long-term Disability (LTD): If purchased, you could receive additional disability insurance (continuation of pay) for ongoing disabilities lasting longer than 13 weeks.
